We facilitate reflective sessions that focus on key questions:

We re-assess the original goals and actions in your roadmap, looking at both quantitative data (such as assessment trends or coaching logs) and qualitative feedback from coaches, teachers, and leaders. If needed, we revise the plan—or develop a sustainability strategy to maintain and strengthen the gains you’ve made.
