Systems have four broad categories shaping their story: people, processes, products, and culture. Too often, we focus on new processes or products for improvement solutions. But ignoring the people in our systems and how our culture influences those processes and product implementation, we will struggle to realize success.
With objective and caring support, I develop and implement literacy and coaching systems that work using active listening and auditing to identify the existing strengths and opportunities within literacy and coaching systems. My clients walk away with a clear understanding of their current systems, accompanied by recommendations and considerations for meaningful progress, ensuring the systematic implementation of literacy and coaching processes. In tandem with schools and districts, I work with educators to successfully impact students' outcomes.

Meet Linda
Linda Rhyne has over 16 years in education experience, a Master’s in Reading, K-12 Reading Specialist licensure, Orton-Gillingham training, National Board Certification, numerous teaching awards and a passion for creating a world of successful readers. Linda is the founding president of The Reading League North Carolina, a state-wide nonprofit.
